Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods to our customers in a timely and professional manner. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering products accurately and efficiently while representing our company with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  1. Safely and efficiently deliver packages, goods, or food to customers according to scheduled routes.
  2. Load and unload items from the delivery vehicle, ensuring items are handled carefully.
  3. Verify delivery information and obtain signatures or proof of delivery when required.
  4. Communicate with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status, delays, or issues.
  5. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage.
  6. Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
  7. Follow traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company policies at all times.
  8. Assist with warehouse tasks such as organizing inventory, preparing orders, or packing items if needed.
  9. Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer questions or concerns professionally.
  10. Stay up-to-date with delivery procedures, routes, and company updates.
